You might or might not be able to tell from this site, but one of my huge hobbies is web design. Actually, I really don't get to put much time into it, and, especially on this site, I'm a HUGE perfectionist. I have to REALLY like a design before I am committed to finishing it. I also work as a web designer at ASI Computer Systems, so I get a lot of experience doing design (I'd guestimate I have about 5 to 6 years of design, with at least 3 years in Database-integrated designs). The ASICOMP.com site relies almost totally on databases.
I don't get much time to design currently, but if you're looking for someone with experience who can design a SMALL to MEDIUM site, offer advise on databases and scripting languages, or design an independant web application, you can feel free to either email me or send me feedback.
Again, being a college student, my time is quite crunched, but if the project is smallish, I may be of some service.
